  1.   COMMAND ROTATEAXIS

  3.     Purpose: Rotate the local axis of an object
  4.       Usage: ROTATEAXIS(<objectID>,<angle in degrees>,<"X", "Y" or "Z">)
  5.    Examples: rotateaxis(4,60,z)
